Welcome to Craft & Clean LLC.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all cleaning and handyman services we provide in Virginia and Washington, D.C.
By scheduling service or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Scope of Services

We provide two categories of professional services:

  • Handyman Services – Repairs, installations, home maintenance, and related projects.

  • House Cleaning Services – Residential and commercial cleaning, move-in/move-out cleanings, and specialty cleanings.

Each job is performed as described in your quote or confirmation message.

 

2. Estimates & Pricing

  • All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer.

  • Final charges may vary depending on actual job conditions or additional requests.

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days.

  • No deposits are required. Payment is due upon completion.

 

3. Payments

  • Accepted payment methods: cash, check, or electronic transfer (if arranged directly).

  • Full payment is due upon completion of service.

  • Returned checks may incur a processing fee.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Same-day cancellations may affect future scheduling priority.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide property access during scheduled times.

  • Ensure work areas are safe, clear, and accessible.

  • Provide water and electricity if needed.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for unsafe, unsanitary, or inappropriate conditions.

 

6. Liability

  • Craft & Clean LLC is insured for general liability.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or indirect losses.

  • For cleaning jobs, clients must remove fragile or valuable items before service.

  • For handyman work, we are not liable for manufacturer defects in materials or products provided by the customer.

 

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion.
We’ll make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.

 

8. Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse or discontinue service for unsafe environments, harassment, or disrespectful behavior toward staff.

 

9. Service Areas

Craft & Clean LLC currently serves Virginia and Washington, D.C.
